Description of Services: We provide consulting services to businesses, nonprofits, and individuals within the scope of our primary services.


Purchase Currency: Our services are paid for in United States Dollars (USD).

Fulfillment Policy: 

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds.
  • Delivery: We do not ship physical products.
  • Returns: Since we don't ship physical products, we do not allow returns.
  • Cancellation: Cancellation of our services is defined in the individual contracts you sign when purchasing our services.

Legal Restrictions: We intend to comply with applicable US laws in regard to any sanctions or restrictions on doing business with foreign entities. If your organization is on the US sanctions list or you work with an organization on the US sanctions this you must disclose that information prior to signing contracts with our organization.

Customer Payment Information: We process customer payments through Stripe and comply with PCI standards through their organization. Our website and payment portals use HTTPS and other best practices to secure your payment information and avoid being susceptible to card testing. Due to how Stripe handles payments, your payment information will be handled as safely as possible while doing business with our organization.

Cards Accepted: Your payment terms and acceptable payment types will be negotiated while contracting services. However, should cards be the accepted form of payment, we accept any and all cards that our payment processor, Stripe, accepts. However, please be aware we do not accept credit cards that have processing fees and/or charges in excess of 4%.
